工作职责:
1. Examine and verify the original vouchers according to the company policy.
根据公司规定的费用报销制度和标准,审核原始凭证.
2. Verify and validate VAT invoice
校验和核对增值税进项税发票。
3. Arrange and fill the oversea payment form and other information
整理对外付汇所需资料并填写银行付汇申请表。
4. Communicate with employee about their question from daily claims
和员工沟通并处理日常报销单的各种各样问题。
5. Use Local ERP to accomplish the approval process and feedback
运用公司内部ERP实现线上审批和反馈报销单进展及问题。
6. Contact the bank or other tasks
根据工作需要,同银行联系或者交办其他事宜。
Job Requirements: 职位要求:
-Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance etc.
大学财务会计专业
-Good communication and coordination skills
良好的沟通和协调技能
-Careful, reliable and stable, and strong sense of responsibility
细心,踏实,稳定,较强的责任心
-Excellent written and spoken English as well as PC skill
良好的英文书面及口语表达能力,及电脑技能
