Job description
In this position, you will be part of server technical support team, you will build up your hardware debug/test capability, understand Intel server products knowledge and develop your communication/collaboration skills.
Daily work includes the following:
– Reference board/customer board signals test, hardware issues analysis.
– Lab samples management and lab equipment /asset management.
– Buildup of server systems, such as CPU/heat sink/DIMM/card installation, board reworks.
– Set up of server test environment, customer issues reproduction, bios/system log data collection.
Qualifications
- Strong computer hardware knowledge
- Familiar with server component such as CPU, DIMM, HDD is preferred
- You should have a bachelor degree, a Electrical Engineering or similar major is prefer but not required.
- Good communication skills, fluent written and spoken English.
- Being independent, proactive, responsible and patient for daily work
- Number of work days per week: Minimum of 3 days per week
- Duration of the Internship: Minimum of 1yr.
